Based in Los Angeles, Robert Jaffe Co. is a communications advisory firm that specializes in providing investor relations, public/media relations and financial communications services to publicly traded, pre-IPO and privately owned companies.  We also serve as a confidant and strategic counselor on a range of corporate issues, having advised dozens of companies across an array of industries.

Founder and president Robert Jaffe blends in-depth financial expertise gained as a practicing CPA, with nearly 20 years of corporate communications, investor relations and strategic public relations experience.

Prior to founding the firm, Jaffe was a principal at one of the nation’s leading investor relations and strategic public relations consulting agencies. Previously, he headed the investor relations departments for two publicly traded, multi-national corporations in the consumer and healthcare sectors.


Jaffe’s experience includes implementing a wide variety of proactive corporate visibility programs for clients that range from established companies to emerging concerns.  In addition to providing ongoing strategic counsel, Jaffe has specific expertise in developing specialized communications supporting mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate restructurings, shortfalls in analyst expectations, crises, regulatory issues, technology breakthroughs and more.


Jaffe has been a guest lecturer on investor relations at the University of Southern California, graduate public relations program.  He earned a master’s degree in taxation and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida International University.

Ron Neal is a dynamic communications professional, brand  consultant and public relations specialist dedicated to generating favorable publicity for clients.


As a communications executive, Neal has an outstanding media relations track record, securing client stories in the nation's leading online and print publications and appearances on local and national television networks. Prior to joining the world of PR, Neal was a creative and accomplished writer, editor and designer with more than a decade of experience as a journalist, including 10 years at the Los Angeles Times.


Neal is a communications executive with Los Angeles-based Robert Jaffe Co., LLC, providing clients with a perspective on an industry that is constantly evolving. He redefines the art of public relations through the use of original, synergistic approaches on all media platforms. With an eye for current and future trends, Neal elevates the image of his clients, promoting their services and products while reaching target audiences with effective communication strategies.


Neal is dedicated to delivering outstanding, on-time service and is a worthy ambassador for the people, products and services he represents.  He earned a bachelor's degree in journalism at California State University, Sacramento.
